The Apulian Cheese Factory Cooperative participated in the “Sixth nation wide contest of raw milk cheese tasting”, held in Castegnato (Brescia) from 10th to 12th of October 2003. There, it won the first prize for Sheep Cheese Category.

During the event organized by “SLOW FOOD ARCIGOLA” in Barletta on 10th of April 2000, the Apulian Cheese Factory Cooperative was awarded the prize “Chiocciola d’oro” (Golden snail) for its engagement in bringing up the value of the local products.
